Thanks, keep them coming... some notes:

When using the supplied font, I think tracking set to minus 50 (-50) works best... otherwise letters can be too spaced out. The strapline ("Find thousands of rooms to rent throughout the UK") can also be played about with, or maybe not included at all. I appreciate it is very long.

But feel free to experiment.

#14 I really like the idea of the letters inside those rooms, with the rooms opening in different directions. However the logo looks a little whacky because of the alignment. I wonder what it would look like combined with a cleaner, simpler font (the Bryant font maybe?).. and if the rooms were aligned.

yes, that is correct, I am running the contest on two sites, to give the widest possible range of different styles and starting points. Both contests are obviously pre-paid so I will give the prize to the best logo on each site.
