RE #30: Unlike several of the other designs submitted, this design loses absolutely nothing when converted to a single color, which makes it suitable for use in print (especially newspapers), on mugs or on t-shirts. Also, I hesitate to ask, but do the chevrons at the top of the insignia suggest anything?
