Police badge incorporating a tiled roof and "Roof Patrol" name. Two small sparkles suggest that the roof is in good condition and therefore reinforces a positive message about the Roof Patrol service.
I like the direction, this could be used on our trucks like a police badge. I'm just not sure it's something distinct enough. Something that will tie into a mascot character. I hope this helps, It's been a long time since I've done this. I'm thinking a little more cartoonish?
Hello and thank you for your positive feedback. I am not sure if you are seeking a logo that features a mascot or if you are intending for your logo to look more cartoon-like so that it works with a mascot if required? Did you have a mascot in mind? I was thinking a detective cat might be a good idea as cats are know to climb roofs with relative ease? Thank you.
After reviewing all of the entries today with my team they were very impressed with your designs. I would like see #16 with a few tweaks to it, maybe some font variations. I would also like to see it in a simple base color with out the highlights, like would use for embroidery. The team was excited about our service techs wearing it on their uniforms.
Hi and thank you for your positive feedback about my logo designs. Here are some more concepts based on your comments. I have experimented with different typefaces and examples that don't feature the reflective effects. I have also developed a symbol device that features both a 'R' and 'P' in one for Roof Patrol. These logos would work well if placed on the chest of a super hero like mascot. I hope you and your techs like these options and all the best with the final outcome.
Hi, if we choose your design will it be a problem to get the logo in a couple of versions? We will need one for print, one for embroidering, and maybe one in between for signs. I like #16 for print and the basis for the logo, then one flat like #120 for print and one for embroidery. I think I would like the black outline a little thinner. Thanks, Brian
No problems Brian. It will be my pleasure to supply you with the versions you require should you judge one of my entries to be the winner. I can easily make the black outline thinner and give you both a flat version for embroidery and a fancier version like #16 for print. Thanks so much for your interest in my logos. The concept was the first thing that came to me once I read your business name "Roof Patrol".
Hello again. I forgot to mention that I could also supply you with a black and white version of your chosen logo if you require it? This would be useful if you ever have to advertise in a newspaper etc. Thank you.
Hi Brian. Thank you so much for judging my entry the winner. I have uploaded the version for printing as both an EPS file and a JPG file. Please note that I have also made the black outline thinner as you requested. I have the other version for embroidery ready to go for you but the site would only allow me to email through the one version at this stage. Do you have any idea of the best means to get that other version to you? Would you like me to email it to you directly? Once again thank you and I wish you all the best with your business. If you get the chance can you please email me photos of any work that you use the logo on so I can see how it gets used? You can email them to me via my email on the contract. If you ever need any other work designed or printed (ie: business cards, stationery etc) please do not hesitate to contact me. Cheers.
Hi Brian. I hope you had a great Easter? I was just wondering that now I have supplied you with the correct logo versions that you requested if you can finalize the contest so that I can get paid into my Paypal account? I am not sure what exactly you have to do from your end to make this happen but as it stands the transfer of money to my account is yet to occur? Thanks so much and I hope you are enjoying your new logo?
