Some thoughts about my concepts: To make your business mark look unique, i created a custom typeface for the RMS part. Also, you should be able to recognize a fork integrated into the 'M'. The circles around the mark refer to a plate. Since you are focusing towards a very specific target audience, i found it useful to integrate some sort of link to your business.
