We really like this logo and would like to see some variations on it. For example, how would it look if the "At Wedgefield Court" were black? Also, could we add some color to the cat-o-nine-tails, such as make the tops darker (same color as the Riverwalk text), and maybe add some green fronds?
Alright, I uploaded three new versions. One with just the lower type in black (entry #63), one with the lower type black and cattail tops darker (entry #64), and one with all of the changes you asked for: black lower type, darker cattails, and green fronds (entry #65). #65 looks great, that's exactly what we were thinking. One other thing we'd like to see: could you do some variations with the bottom bar a couple different shades of blue? Maybe make it slightly wavey (as in some other submissions)?
Actually, I think your logo is good the way it is and it is my favorite one. However, some of the other people involved really like the lamp one most, so we will probably go with that one.
