Please see the homepage I uploaded. On the homepage is an award we created. We basically stole the idea for the award from Website Magazine's 2013 Web 100. I'm showing you this award just to give you a flavor for the type of award/seal we need. Obviously I can't use that award because I stole the idea. That's where you come in! I've also uploaded the arrows from our logo if you want to use the arrows for something (.ai)

The concept needs to look custom and professional. The award can't look like stock art with our logo. The Web 100 logo on the following page was what I based my own version on (the award I uploaded): http://www.americaneagle.com/awards. I like how clean and well designed it is. I don't necessarily want a ribbon per se, but I'm open to it. Thank you!
