Folks,
Great first drafts. some general comments

I like the idea of incorporating the tag line

The logo will also be used on stationary, so you should assume a white background, and maybe address below

I'm torn between the literal and the abstract Ripple Effect designs, but would like to see greater simplicity
in the abstractions

think the color needs to pop a little more

Folks, overall I see good design, but not the hip or edgy presence that we have in the market. Please loose the "soft" elements, especially airbrush, and take what you have already done to a more assertive level, perhaps through bolder use of color, t hanks, alice

As of this morning (pacific daylight time, USA), we have pretty much narrowed our focus to three design concepts that come closest to what we are looking for. We really appreciate all the entries and certainly welcome new designs and the work of new artists, but we don't want artists who have already invested in this process to do more work tweaking designs they have submitted, when we have effectively narrowed the search. We really look forward to seeing which of these designs can get to the top level. thanks to all, alice

I'm always happy to be surprised and see some strong new entrant. Unfortunately, I'm tied up with tech problems here at work and won;t be able to give individual feedback until tomorrow. Look for it then, alice
