August 15th, 2013, 11:43pm Our whole goal as riot conditioning physical trainers and nutritionists is to help women get healthy and fit and have a really great time doing it. We realize that bodies come in all shapes and sizes and so we emphasize health and how good exercising and eating right makes you feel over being stick skinny, a size 2 or weighing less than 125 lbs. Help us capture that positive, healthy, fun image please! :) We love and appreciate all of you going to work for us!! Remember, a riot can be a chaotic event (like muscle training should be) and it can also be someone who is a heck of a lot of fun (as in she was a riot!!). Let's capture the best of both worlds here.
