For $275 they received 57 designs from 14 different designers from around the world.
Logo Design Brief

What We Do

RIO SONORA is an existing brand offering food products such as Mexican fully cooked meals. Each product delivers a pork-based Mexican dish from different regions across the country. This brand is going through reinvention phase as the current logo does not feature regional Mexican food from across the country.

RIO SONORA celebrates Mexican dishes through getting people to try Mexican food from different regions delivering new flavor experiences. This should be featured in the new logo. The brand must communicate delicious regional Mexican food a with a traditional or colonial look so everyone can understand what the brand is about and what does it offer.

Brand target: Mexican home decision makers (mainly moms), 25-45 years, with high, middle plus, or middle income.

Current products: Chilorio, Carnitas and Cochinita Pibil.
Future products: Pork with Mole, Pork with Green Sauce, Shredded Pork Meat and Pork with Chili.
