I'm seeing a lot of very similar designs. Especially ones that incorporate a varaiation of basically the same single or triple roofline. Also, there are several commercial office tower designs. Neither of these is what I'm looking for. Looking for something more original. The design doesn't have to have a roofline at all. I just suggested an old building being transformed into something new because I thought that would bring about some designs that incorporated something very original in regards to that but I haven't seen anything like that yet. If that's throwing you, then disregard that. So far, the 2 or 3 that I like the most don't even have any kind of a building in them at all. Play off those. I'm not going to select a logo that look almost exactly like what I've seen in 100 other home buyer's logos.

I just added another $100 to the prize. Please look at the style inspiration samples. A lot of what I'm seeing submitted does not match up with those. I know there's someone great on here that can design the truly amazing logo I'm looking for. Let's see it!

Half the Themes you chosen in the brief (Masculine, Simple, Colorful, Necessity, Classic, Refined, Secure) contradicts itself with the half the logos chosen in Style Inspiration.
This can confuse designers, logos in Style Inspiration must be consistent with the words chosen in the Themes, otherwise will be confusing...

One example is, you chosen "Masculine" in Themes but then you chosen a very feminine and playfully logo (Baby Bella logo)in Style Inspiration logos, this is confusing.
Another example, you chosen a "Classic" theme, but you chosen a very modern logo (epic life realty logo) in Style Inspiration logos...
