Here is my logo for your consideration. I took the carrot that calls out "TALENT", and added it to the bottom as a forward arrow pointing to "Quantify the Impact". Besides tying the entire logo together by doing this, I hope it also conveys a sense of moving forward or succeeding--visually connecting your company to success.
After working through the various layouts, I think I like the overall look and layout of #19 the best. But feel free to draw your own conclusions/preferences.
