The font appears to be perfect. Not sure about the colour scheme though, something more similar to the winning entries at the moment would be preferable.

the text looks spot on. Did you find the font or did you create it yourself?

I will pass your latest idea around the office to get feedback before the contest is over. There is a lot of us giving feeback so I have provisionally just included it in the shortlise. Personally I am not to keen on #138 or #139 as the border does not look like the greatest of quality, the text is not big enough and the lighting detracts from the company name.

Feel free to post any ideas you have and I will provide feedback as soon as I can!

Here's another idea ...
For the font I recreated the Retronix letters from scratch using your current logo as a guide and I created the semiconductor letters totally from scratch - I didn't bother looking for the font because it appeared to be custom.

Let me know if you'd like me to adjust the lighting effect on the previous logos - it may help the name stand out a bit better.

#141 and #142 are my favourite so far. The only thing I have just noticed with the semiconductor text is that some of the letters are more noticably bold (s, e, etc) - The d is also very similar to the o, I have only noticed since the text got bigger.

We definately like the bigger text, this is the main focus point, we really liked the design that just got removed, particularly the colour and the 3d effect. If you could do some sort of 3d outline, and more vibrant blue/silver colours it would be definately taking a step closer to being the 1. We are in a tight spot now as our favourites have been removed!
