What We Do
The Retreat at Pineview is a 173 unit apartment complex in Valdosta, Georgia. This area is a suburb full of Loblolly Pines, which look somewhat different than traditional pine trees. It is not a mountainous area or an area with cabins.
Our audience is potential residents. We rent apartments with a variety of different floorplans. The typical resident works in service industry jobs, is middle income, and may be retired. Our residents would be people who enjoy living in a quiet, safe, and clean apartment community.

Color Preferences
Open to all colors, but the logo overall should be warm and inviting. It should not have a "corporate" look or feel. We also don't want dark or colored backgrounds.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Please create a horizontal logo. See attached image of the old sign, the white box shows the general shape we would need.
We are very open, however, please no representations of tall, corporate looking buildings.
Other things to communicate:
#1 - This is a peaceful, quiet, secluded community
#2 - The property and its residents are well cared for
#3 - A strong sense of community among the residents
We've attached two photos of the property, and an image of the logos we have for our other properties.
