Can you give some more variations on 17 and in particular perhaps remove the RM and give that central circle a pupil

I think we are getting close. On #17 and #73 can you make the word macula the same color as retina- the dark blue? And also the words specialists of Miami seem faded out. that is why we were looking for another color. Perhaps all the words in the darker blue with the RM in the center staying as is? thank you
