What We Do

Resolution at Work is workplace grievance management and training outfit that provide a range of services including coaching, mediation, investigation and facilitation into all levels of workplace conflict that deals equally with minor skirmishes that prove distracting to good business through to unlawful bullying, harassment and discrimination. Resolution at work can provide employers with coaching and tools to assess and then intercede appropriately and without further escalation or alternatively to intervene professionally on the employer’s behalf.

Color Preferences

Most preferred: monochromatic or black with a touch of colour.

Colours used should be sophisticated and understated. I would like to see options that do not include bright primary colours unless used minimally.

If colour is used on the text, it should be used to place emphasis on the word "RESOLUTION" and not on the "AT WORK" part of the business name.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

I would like the logo to look very clean, sleek, and contemporary/modern. Designers please avoid common associations ie people shaking hands, scales etc.

I prefer the logo to use the business name in full e.g. "Resolution at Work".

I would love to see more concepts where designers using a simple creative abstract mark. I like is attached for reference.

Looking at the Logo's I'm realising that I'm not sure about the blue and black combination....but I think the Logo definitely needs colour/s so I'm definitely now open to other colour options/combinations. Thanks

Would it be possible to see something very simple using "Resolution at Work" coupled with an abstract mark that hovers above the Words - see attached image.
Also, perhaps some options where the abstract mark and words form more of a square rather than one long sentence. I'm not sure of my preference yet but haven't really seen anything like that yet.

I am undecided whether I would prefer the logo to use the "@" symbol or to have the business name in full e.g. "Resolution at Work". Abstract mark: please make any abstract marks conceptual rather than literal. I would prefer not to see briefcases, people etc in the logo. Symbolic representations such as the Thomson Reuters logo would be preferred.
