Also - could we please darken the blue in this to more of a navy color rather than the deep blue?

Can we try turning this design into an icon and move it to the left? Just the city hall and the sun. Then put the tagline under the title?

This is great! Can we shorten the design to below the line I drew? And can we change the blue buildings to look less like skyscrapers?
