Great concepts and very unique. I like the multiple directions that you are taking this while staying true to my desired style. 70 and 69 are awesome I love the font in 69 and 49 more than in 70. The flowers in 69 throw me off a little bit but I can see where you are going with that detail. Maybe a picket fence would fit better. 67 and 65 I just didn't like the detail within the home outline.
Thanks for feedback, I can use it for revisions. Trying to stay away from obvious rooftop designs because you'll have zillions of them to choose from before the end of your contest and I'll try to stay different
The team really liked your abstract and subtle approach to creating the logos. We had an argument over font style and compromised on a clean vintage font style. Let me know if you can throw that in.
116 and 114 are in the right direction, any other variations with key's placement in the "R". A simpler key seems more appealing. Let me know what else you come up with for these 2.
We are leaning more towards the key being incorporated into the lettering somehow. Let me know if you can make that happen. We are open to the key being stand alone as well.
You are grasping the concepts better than others so we definitely DONT want you to stop putting ideas out there. Let me know if you have any questions.
#183 different than what you asked for but let's me keep clean, easy to print retro look with SCDP typeface, 60s color palette but not hard to reproduce on your marketing materials.
Sorry that's #184 there was a format error on the other. I want to keep it clean and fresh looking, don't want to get into anythign that will be cumbersome for you to print.
