This industrial facility is located at 14100 Lear Blvd, Reno, NV 89506 in the North Reno Submarket. With heavy rail and desirable features, the site would be prefect for distribution and advanced manufacturing tenants. The owner/developer anticipates development of other industrial buildings will be added to the property in the future to create an industrial campus.

Focus on the concepts of connectivity via rail and highway. The attached concept was for a similar site and was an example of something similar to what we would like to see.
