I like the way you faded the color on the sign.
But I'm not completely sold on the rest.

I like the simplicity of this but would like to have more fun with that arrow. Curves - just more deco. Even if it were multiple lines (see the theater sign picture) maybe? I don't know. I like the blue box and I like how the pink arrow comes under, but I'd like the pink part to be less boxy.

I don't think so with the green.

I kind of like it better white.

I like this - it's simple, but the right idea. Thanks for the lower case. Can you also make the top of the arrow extend up past the blue sign? You did something like that on the red and yellow one, but it would be great if it were even more. Kind of art deco neon.

Hi Rhonda, thanks for great feedback, no worries, i got a few fonts to try for you yet, im glad i got the brief kinda right though with the shape of the emblem. I will upload again soon :)

I would give you better insight about the font, but I couldn't find anything on my Mac that was what I had in mind. If I do come up with a font that's close, I will post it here.

This is a great start! In general I like the shape of what you have, and I like that the arrow is underneath. I don't really like the all caps. I am picturing Rendezvous in some sort of script, and "& the Hookups" in a different font.
