the bee is too feminine, or the font with the bee? Sorry I'm a little confused on what you meant and it would help to understand so I can improve the right thing :)
I'll take a think on both designs and have something up this evening. I have a couple of ideas for the bee, and the honeycomb, ill iron them out and upload tonight :)
I liked the circular nature of the previous bee, but not the antenna. Take another look at the bee in the attachment. We'd really like to see more bee options.
Couple of additional requests for Entry #66 (simple, triple honey comb):
1). Can you send in an example using the font from Entry #67 2). Can you send in an example using the font from Entry #78 3). Can you send in an example using a font similar to the one used for the "LSU" seen at this link (all caps and in black).
Can you do also do a simple version of our "periodic table" honey comb (three honey combes with an 'R' surrounded by a box) with RELENTLESS in the font used in Entry #67?
#137 - #141 are most of the changes asked for. The LSU font is copyrighted and amazingly, under heavy guard from the LSU staff. None of the students have access to it, and most of the faculty doesnt either. I found a similar font here: http://www.dafont.com/search.php?q=peppermint&text=RELENTLESS so if you'd like me to download that and try I could :)
As per the LSU font, no worries. The font you found is close, but a little too blocky.
As per entry #140, looking for a little more space betwee the 'R' and the border. Standoff between the honey comb and the left and top sides of the border should be equal to the standoff of the 'R' from the right and bottom borders.
Entry #148: Please supply a version with a slightly thinner box, perhaps the same thickness as the lettering. Please also slightly (ever so slightly) increase the distance between the inner edge of the box and the graphics contained within.
