Thank you for #13 and #16. I'm going to wait another few hours before providing more directions on what to do. I'm starting to like too many designs and want to talk with a few more people about what it is that our company really wants.
#13 -- Maybe if it was a telelphone, but otherwise it looks like a hotel logo. Just doesn't work for us.
#16 -- A little top heavy. Isn't clear from far back that there is an R and a D in the icon.
#17 -- I liked this a lot but the other people reviewing this said that the backwards R was too much like Toys R Us and that there might be some legal issues there. Another person commented that he didn't like it because it was too much font related and no real icon. Would have ranked high on my list, but I'm not the only one making the calls.
The images are just not working out for us. Sit back, have a beer on us, and come up with a creative idea that no one else has figured out. We love things that don't jump out at you but still have something hidden in the icon that no one else besides the creator really can read. That's why we really continue to like #11. There's an R and D in it, simple but it doesn't jump out at you.
