What We Do
Full service residential/commercial real estate brokerage, management and investment company.
Industry
Real Estate
Color Preferences
Blue and grey possibly based on other tournaments I have seen. This logo will go on a hanging residential real estate sign so it needs to stand out on a white background yet be sophisticated. Definitely not orange, purple, white, yellow.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
open to creativity, not sure if the "LLC" gets in the way of the design so let's see with or without.

#5-8 Colors need to be brighter to stand out on hanging sign.

#9 Symbol too edgy for me but cool looking.

#10 and #11 I like the font choice for "Reese & Company Real Estate" but the font choice for the "RC" does not appeal to me.

Keep the creativity coming.

To all designers - the "R&C" concept would work well if the two letters represented two people's names. I don't won't to accentuate the abbreviation of Reese & Company as R&C. Maybe with a solo letter "R" for Reese is okay. Thanks for all the great ideas. I will be ranking this evening and providing feedback.

#48, 49 Let's not have the R mirror. Can you make it bolder to compliment the serif and more navy blue.

#11 I like the serif. Let's add "LLC" and a new design element. Do not won't the "C" any more.

#36 serif works but element with house is too residential.

TO ALL DESIGNERS - I would be interested to see some in dark bold greens. The R as a design element is fine but not the R&C please.

#71 Can you show me the serif I like. For colors let's try navy blue with dark greys.

#79 Can I see that design element with your #61 seriph. Please add "LLC" as well. Use colors suggested above.

To All: Still looking for a design element "R" that excites me. The design elements are getting interesting( i.e. #71 & #79)

Keep them coming and thanks.

#82 Like that deep blue color.

#86 Can I see a couple of new versions with dark blues and black and grey. I like how the black punches in #51. Can I also see the graphic a little smaller both on top and to the left of Reese & Company.

#98 I like this serif with the deep blue. It has a contemporary yet classic look to it. Like to see the & real estate in a slightly darker grey.

To All Designers:

I just want to say that there are so many great and creative designs. You are all so talented. You can see that my focus is primarily in the company name (a graphic element can work still). I have extended the tournament by two days because I couldn't respond today from work. Also, I have become somewhat overwhelmed by the number of new entries and I need more time to digest and really ponder several that are not in the rankings. Please don't remove any logos. I am consulting with a friend of mine that has adesign background and will help me through the final selections and tweaks to the designs. I'll try to comment tomorrow sporadically as work will allow. I can really focus on Saturday as we wrap it up. Thanks for all of you and please send any new ideas that you conceive. Dale
