I am a former american football player. My thought on the logo is from a american football perspective. The area between the 20 yard line and the goal line is referred to as the red zone, it is considered a critical area, as it gives a team a chance to score point for the team, although its only 20 yard it is thought to be very hard to score a touchdown. Also, symbolically the 20 yard line , is representative of the first 20 years of an at-risk young person's life, we know how critical our adolescent year are, once we hit 21 life seem to require more responsible. With our mentoring program we want to help at-risk young people with negotiating the obstacle on and off the field ( obstacles in life) in hopes that the young person has a better shot at scoring in life.
