I really like the colors and the way the text appears. I don't really care for the graphic above it - it looks like a crown a little bit. I like the graphic idea of #1, but am open.
The idea behind the crown is to show experience and heritage, also safety and confidence. Would you rather like to see this color implementation in #28 ? There are a bit brighter there.
I think I like the more subdued colors as is. We're trying to blend some of the red rock outdoors feeling of utah with apartments - I feel like the crown is close, but maybe we could soften it or incorporate another shape. One logo I like the feel of is found at www.peakcapitalpartners.com - incorporates mountain feel while still remaining serious. Any ideas on how to bring red rock country feel to the logo?
I wonder if we could make the crown look more like mountains by not having the vertical lines on the left and right - more like a red mountain range, and soften the peaks a bit?
One more thing - do you want me to incorporate some kid of a hause, roof or window shape inside? Many clients like it, but it's a bit overused I'd say.
Let's try without the circle and toning down the house - maybe keeping it gray. I like the rigidity of the earlier design, just not the "crown" effect.
#65 and #66 - trying to implement the luxury apartment feel, hope you like it. Not sure about the gradients though. Please let me know if you prefer plain clean design instead gradients. Thanks
Please experiment with more mountain typle looks. I like the contrast of the name being two colors. Try some shapes besides a circle, maybe a square and maybe nothing wrapping the mountains.
The mountains and stream of #119 have the best direction. Currently they look too rough and unrefined but please continue with that look. To me clear on brochure we may need to only have two mountains - the third peak somewhat hides and may feel 'blurry' in some applications.
Thanks for making those in black and white. Could you make a horizontal logo of #160? Similar to logo #204 where the 'residential' name aligns with the redstone name. The logo mark should stay the same size and frame the height of the words. Also, would it be hard to make a black logo with white background (an inverse of #170?
Logo Tournament made us select different designers for the 2nd and 3rd place rankings to award a winner. Could you upload the variations we had you create (both vertical and horizontal)? I can see that they will need cleaned up. Please ensure that the logo mark is only three vector forms (all overlays being cropped out). Congratulations and thanks for all you've done on this.
