I was thinking in terms of future animation what could be really flexible and fun. I'm not sure how 'cute' you want to get with it. Here is my first iteration. Feel free to leave any comments, etc. Thanks.
Thanks for the great designs. I really love the bees in 8 and 9 (I'm a big sucker for cute bees). It's nice to have it free of the text for animation - thanks for thinking of that - but even an attached bee can be pulled free so I'm flexible there. Wow, I'm really torn between the two font styles. The almost retro text in 13 adds an avaiation-y feel to the logo and that appeals to me as a nice tie-in with a bee in flight. By the same token, I like the more open, earthy, and modern feel of 8 and 9 (no help there, am I?). I like the larger "redactor" in 13 and the balance it has with studios - readable and meshed well together. I'm up in the air (haha no pun inteneded on the flying bee) on color schemes. It's nice to have something matching the traditional bee colors, but I like the blue bee as something distinctive and I'm leaning that way.
