The entries are looking great so far for the most part. I like the styling of the text in #17 and the general proportions of the top entries. Looking forward to seeing more.

Hi Sean,
You dont have to post and let everyone know each entry you submit. I am pretty sure the CH notices your submissions. Good Luck!!

I'm digging the complexity balance of #17 along with the clean, crisp lines.

After seeing some of your ideas, Id like notion that we are a cell phone (mobile) game development firm to be included in the design of the logo. #74 is spot on with what Im thinking, but if you can make it even more apparent while keeping it simple and clean, that would be ideal.

I have no idea how you'd design something like that, but that's why you're the designers. =)

As a general rule, we'd like to see logo's that would be recognizably unique even when the text is taken out. The top entries all have this to some extent, and going forward, this will be weighted in the final decision.

I'd really appreciate some feedback. I've been doing a lot of work and revisions and still I don't know your opinion, even though I've been in the top ranks for quite a couple of days now. Do you think there's nowhere to go with my design?

@ CH..> Dude if I had the option I would click "not interested" in your contest. Sorry for wasting my time. Not that hard to give feedback. Were designers not mind readers. Good luck!

I gave very specific comments in the general contest description and added to them throughout the contest. If your logo did not match those comments, I filtered it as "not interested", with a few exceptions.

The top entries are all very well done and adhered to my specifications. You don't have to be a mind reader, just a reader.

Thanks for the heads up. I think we differentiate ourselves enough to stay out of trouble, though.

1 day left. Any last comments on color/font/placement/whatever? There's still time for changes that might get you what you want.

Well, sometimes it's better to stop at certain results to avoid making things worse :)

But seriously, very often it seems that more time spend on a design gives better results. I wish I could have stopped a couple of days ago and still have a high rank ;)

1:0 for you :) I wrote that because I was missing some feedback. Jakub, I agree with you but this is valid till we reach one point, where logo (or any other work) is conceptually and graphically clean and balanced. Sure, there's always space for mods and tweaks in details but one has to say "Stop! Now we like it. Let's use this version." Otherwise, it would a never ending story.

We constantly discuss and rank logo's within ourselves throughout. There are quite a few people weighing in on the designs, so rankings tend to move around a bit.

We have given feedback where we thought it might help. Obviously, we are not designers, so we don't know what will look good or what we will like until we see it. If you want to know what font / color / placement we like, you can check out the top entries. If we could tell you exactly what we want, I don't know that we'd need to host a competition here.

We like the concept, font and colors on #248, we like the logo on #194, we like the logotype on #74 and #275.

If a logo shows up in the last minute that we absolutely love, it could very well take the competition. We are not ranking logos by number of entries by that particular designer; we are ranking on which we like best.

Thanks. Actually, you don't have exactly have to know what you want but for us (designers) it is sometimes better to know what you do not like on particular design. Like font, composition, colours... This will help us focus on these parts, to bring you better results.
