One other question..how would #135 look without the tagline if it is being printed on white paper background?

at some point I may want to change the colors on the logo depending the background? Would you be able to give me the logo in black color and also in layers so I have the ability to change the colors in the future?

yes i will give you layered eps or psd file where you can easily change colors. no problem in that
