Love the font - great job. I don't like the split tail on the arrow. (Let's try some versions of the logo without the tagline - I don't believe I want them combined.)
For fresh ideas on different arrow styles to try, please see the selection of arrow graphics I mentioned on the main contest page. Those might be a good inspiration!
