Here are some of my proposals. Instead of creating a separate icon / typography combination, I've created an all encompassing logo / unit. One that can be used for additional elements just as watermarks and favicons.
The idea behind these logos, was to create something a tad different and relevant - a stamp of approval!
The logo is 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts.
I just wanted to show some colour options and variations - also to show the flexibility of the logo, that it can easily be changed to fit onto any coloured background.
These are excellent - I love the concept - if you could give me a few more design options that would be great. The logo will appear on job boards so it will need to look good on a job advertisement. Thanks for all your efforts - you are clearly very talented

The last few, I went for a separate icon and type combination (with the thinking that it can be used on its own to represent the company). Playing on the idea of "go faster" arrows. Also that its a two way route - people are coming via you (inwards) to a new potential job (outwards).
And here are those colour variations! I've gone for bright and vibrant combinations, but also ones that compliment each other.
And of course if there are any specific combinations you'd like to see, please do say and I'll happily work them up.
On a side note ... To the left and right of "easy" I've used a couple of words that we can change if you like. Currently to the left I have "approved" and to the right a small tagline I came up with, "upwards and onwards" - I thought could work based on the theme, and also it has positive connotations within recruitment. But if you'd like those changes just let me know.
