I have discussed with the Logotournament management and they have recommended to do all of these projects as 1-on-1. The 1-on-1 method is just like a contest in that the designs are uploaded to Logotournament and you can comment on them in the same way as we are doing here.

I cannot upload any files onto Logotournament as part of this contest. Only 5 files types of the winning logo. So a 1-on-1 project will allow me to complete "Part 1" (the "Brand Guidelines Document") immediately, and follow up with the remaining Logo Files and Social Media templates as perhaps what we could call "Part 2".

We would need a Logo Specifications Document to be provided with the logo since this is the core deliverable of the logo design. And other things like Different Logo Versions, Favicon Design, and Social Media Kit will go on 1:1 Project.

Does it work for you? Also can you please provide examples of Logo Specifications Document you have accomplished already?

I can confirm that I am able to complete everything in your technical specifications. I would be able to discuss and provide a quote for these services upon completion of the contest.

We could handle this through the 1-on-1 services or privately through email after the contest end. The process would be:
(After contest)
1. I provide a quote on all technical specification items
2. Once quote accepted, I would request a deposit via PayPal
3. Completion of a draft of all items. There may be some feedback and review, and updating of layouts.
4. Upon completion, payment via PayPal of final balance.
5. I supply all artwork via a Google Drive link.

- Logo Usage: Guidelines on using the logo correctly, including clear space, minimum size, and dos and don’ts.

- Color Palette: Exact color codes (Pantone, CMYK, RGB, HEX) for all colors used in the logo.

- Typography: Information on the fonts used in the logo and recommendations for complementary fonts.

- Examples of Use: Mockups showing the logo in various contexts (e.g., business cards, letterheads, websites).

Please share in SVG and PNG without background.

I had to try the website font in the RM.

Hi, I have not put the website font into the RM on the symbol – reason being that the R and M in the symbol need to be roughly the same width.

If you want the website font in the RM then I could customise it to work. I would make it bolder also, to match the load line shape.

Symbol here is R (with load line) sitting on shape representing the ships hull.
The overall symbol also has the look of an anchor, so a feeling of stability and trust.
