I like the design in #4 better but do not like the heart. I am not crazy about the RB in the heart either. Maybe lower case initials?? I like what you did with the colors in Rebecca Bosack, DDS - possibly a different font - a playful cursive perhaps. Also, the purple in my office is more of a plum rather than a pastel purple.
