Color Preferences
I like blues and purples mixed with black for definition and white. Not a huge fan of yellow but wouldn't mind having some sort of fushia or pink to blend with the purple maybe.

I like the active picture used for #2 and the black outline on the figure but would like to see more saturation in the color and less pastel in the space behind it. I like the text style best in #2 as well but not sure I like 2 different colors, my favorite is the top line of text and the graduated color. I would like to see stronger color there as well maybe with a black outline on the text. I want to be sure that the top line of text is all the same size. I like the lotus in #4 but am concerned that so many people use a lotus in reference to yoga in their logos. I emphasize moving into and out from center during the practice and would like to maybe see the picture piece to reflect that somehow. the picture in #2 is a pose we practice and one of the ones I stress moving into and out from center on could be why I am drawn to that picture. I would like to see a really interesting, unique text style that really draws the eye in as it tells the story.

Thanks for your efforts I look forward to seeing what comes next!

I really like the styling in #5, love the text and the interesting use of a sanskrit style for the word yoga but still very readable and approachable. I am concerned about the black background in terms of using for a DVD sleeve and biz cards etc. Maybe a white background with black outlining on the text and figure. I do like an active figure but really like how this figure ties into the text and blends well with the words, it doesn't over shadow the words which are the most important piece but enhances what is going on. I like the color and the gradation of color used in the text and the figure and I love the use of the white to add bright spots and lightness to it. I am wondering if a little dark pink would be good in the heart center area, not the whole section as I like the white for the lightness and brightness going on here. I still like the script style of #2 though as well, it is still strong but has some style to it which I like as the script will be the eye draw.

Thanks.

Ok, more great stuff, thank you all so much. #6 I like the changes, love the pink in the heart center. I still like the one with the black as well, maybe for the business cards and the other for use on the dvd box etc. The letters seem narrower on #6, can those be made a little bolder like the ones in #5? I also like #14 with the standing person holding the light and the nice blue background. I like the text better in #17 than the text in #14. Overall I am thinking that a colored backgroud would work ok for a business card but for web use and DVD case I think a plain light background may work better. I may need to go with some sort of a blue background for the sleeve art and put the logo and then all text in boxes with black text for the back. Keep up the great work, I am excited to see what comes next.

Thanks.

I like style of #24 for the way the person looks like she is hovering over the "Y" and the star at the heart center. I would like it if the second text line was a bit stronger and bigger, it looks a little lost the size it is now. I also like #29 and #30 for the styling but would prefer that only the word yoga be in the sanskrit style of text, I am concerned that both words in the first line like that are too hard to read and for people who don't know that much about yoga or sanskrit that it could be off putting, trying to reach those "real" folks out there that may be afraid of yoga or a studio environment. I do like the graphics in both of them too. This style would also translate well into black and white. Again here the text for the second line needs to be bigger, I don't want to lose that line of text which is why I really like the text in #6 & #20, it is smaller than the first line but still strong enough that it stands out and works well with the upper line.

Great work, thanks.

I like the re-styling on #48 and #50, can't decide whether I like the bold second text line in #48 or the style in #50 yet. I still like how the people in #6 & #24 are connected to the word yoga and that it doesn't overwhelm but really seems to fit with the text lines as a whole. I still like the style with the word "yoga" in sanskrit the best, I think it makes it unique but still accessible. I like the look of #38, #39 & #40 but the splitting of the words in line 1 with the person just seems to separate for some reason and I am not sure about the font for the second text line. I like it but am wondering if it is to different in style to work all together. More things to think about and look at.

thanks.

This is getting harder and harder, all great work and I am trying to not just find what works for me but what will work for my audience too. Something that I can use both the name and the picture piece together or break them out and use them separately for what I am doing with the website etc.

Thanks for the wonderful work everyone, I love the creativity!

I like the new design on #108, how it focuses on the word "yoga" and "people" and the lotus is unique and interesting. I like how clean it is and I think it would translate well to black text on a white background for other uses. I have gotten feedback that the dark background ones are too dark and too hard to read by many people and that using those for printed things could be problematic. I am feeling that first 2 really reflect me and what I a trying to do as well as be friendly to my target audience. Keep them coming, I love looking at everything!

Wow some great new entries here and I have found myself drawn to some different things than I thought about originally. I want something that reflects me but also works for my target audience and makes them interested in finding out more about me and real yoga for real people and tempering those two has been tough. I like #109 better with the words in black and the flower in colors and love still how the focus is on Yoga and People in the letter presentation. I am also loving the style with person with the chakras. I love the colors and beauty of it and am really drawn to it but also find that my audience will not understand it. The colors are so me, I love the purples, blues, pinks and the variations on those colors together. I have feedback from friends that the #1 & #2 ranked logos feel and look most like me to them and are light and open an approachable. Keep up the great work, I will be checking back all day.

Thank you!

Love how the words wrap around the flower in #154, this is really interesting and I like how the flower looks almost like a hibiscus as well. Nice
