This is cool but in my comments please see- we want ROW to be the accentuated word not "ready" and that chain has to be much more clear so that they don't think they are on the water
If "Ready Set" is above the person and "ROW" is next to your image- then the chain from the handle can extend over and hit the "O" of ROW- then the whole o can be a texture of a chain. Does that make sense?
