Hi there, here are my first entries. Both use a modern cyber style font. The first has a line leading your eye into the P with small red squares at the left side under the R in REMAX - this creates a flow to the logo and adds a modern feel. The other uses a blue gradient under the main logo with a solid band leading into the Prosperity word. As it's a global brand I haven't altered the REMAX part in anyway as the guidelines on this will be very strict, so have used the items underneath to enhance the brand and add the internet techy feel you were looking for.
