also, i think the mosaic properties text needs to be a little bigger, as it has to be at least 50% of the REMAX size.

I should clarify my earlier comment, would like text and box blue

the height of the name of the office is the 50% of the height of the RE/MAX

I'm so sorry, we got your new entry, but we're just looking for #30 about 50% bigger, not quite as much as your new ones. About the size ratio that submission #31 is, but with RE/MAX centered on top.

Okay, let's just change #10 to blue letters and line, leaving all size ratios and fonts the same, and I think we're good.

We're really happy. Just so you know, we will need to work with whoever wins to get a varation of the logo that has our name stacked after the RE/MAX, (as opposed to under it) We would hopefully have more work in the future for other varitions and designs. Thanks so much for all your help so far.

not problem about the variations, actually is the same logo :), just vertical and horizontal layout
I sent several variations with the name stacked after RE/MAX to see how the style of work that I created with the "open box" also works very well with that layout... I like a lot #58 and #59... are very dynamic and elegant... I hope you like too
