Fernando, Could you tweak your arrows so that beginning part of the arrows is not pointy? So that the arrows are thicker at the end (or just fade out before becomming pointy)

I like the addition of the states in #48 and #49. Now could you make the states bigger, more dominant in the circle. Also, perhaps you should just have the 8 states and loss the outline of the entire U.S. We really want this 8 state area to pop off the page. But it also must still be the center point that the arrows flow through.

#40 We have receieved feedback from the group that they like this one. But we would like to see the mark in the middle of the states expanded to cover a larger area, and moved down a bit... Perhaps just below Lake Michigan in the map. And perhaps we move away from the circle. Essentially, we need to show that something special is happening in this 8-state region but don't want to be so literal as to have the states elevated off the map (hope that makes sense).
Sorry, forget to mention... is there a way to not make this logo so tall? This logo is going to be the main design element in a new online collaboration area. It will be in the top banner of the web site. And we would like it not to be too tall, otherwise it will create a lot of unneeded whitespace on our new site.
Perhaps we can experiment with an oval shape. Again, I hope this makes sense.
