The logo needs to incorporate the word "Torrente" and should include "A Luxury Apartment Community" The entrance monument sign panel cannot exceed 6'-0 wide by 1'-8" tall. The sign panel will have a brick surround. Also, because the word "Torrente" is not common, the font must be easily read and understood.
