First impression: it's a Ron-Jon shirt.
Very hard to read, especially for TV.
Any fish examples need to be very generic, or represent several popular species.
I do like the "emblem" approach however. Nice colors.

#49 - not sure about the flames. Maybe more sunshine? Water?
Circle text: Just use "Angling Tactics and Techniques" and ramp up the style. Bold, 3D, etc.???
(with) Ray Van Horn at the bottom also needs more style. Maybe a signature like #52.
