love the style!!

wow... did you draw that? really cool. i like the direction you were going. you're definitely warmer than some of the other designs. i'd like to see the phoenix a little more defined, similar to the link i posted maybe? also, perhaps you can give the lion a stab. i'm really interested in seeing what you can come up with.

with regard to one of the entries already on the page, it looks too lion kingish. the link i provided was to give more of an idea rather to be taken literal.

you might also think about playing with my whole vision, somehow incorporating that great coffee is best when shared with great people or perhaps the unity i am trying to underline.

I added a star as a balancing element, but also to give it a more mythical/celestial feel - kind of a reference at Atlas holding up the heavens.

Different layout - also with an "established" date...2002 probably isn't right but it can be easily changed. Color can change too.
