Here's basicaly one concept in two style variations,...on entry #56, there's simple, contemporary, pro-looking concept, with symbolic three surfaces, coming together and creating space (reference to real estate)! My 2nd design #57 incorporates same abstract concept, but includes initials and more elegant font! Feedback from you would be great! Thank you!
hi Bojan, we like the fact that your image is creating a three concept and we like the elegant font but the image reminds us too much of car companies. We like more of a square concept image. We are interested to see what other ideas you have. Your very unique!
Thanks for the constructive feedback,...it was very useful to point me in right direction! I'll try to come up with more concepts along those lines,...and maintain unique approach,...sometimes a bit "out of the box" thinking, might make big difference when talking about branding!
Hi again! On my entries #60 and #61 I've used a bit taller, but still elegant font, that will make overall logo appearance more compact, and very handy for web (social media) and printing applications!
Concept #60 has a bit more feminine looking font, with three symbolic dots. I've also tried stars, but it looks like cheap hotel logo, so that option is out! :)
Entry #61 is a bit stronger, and probably has more "real estate" feel to it!
...just a qiuck note! I'm trying to avoid TrajanPro font here (font on entry #58), since it is sooo overused, that it will "drown" your new logo in sea of smilar designs! ...there's a free branding hint! :)
...on my entry #82 I've tried to incorporate that concept of three within square shape,...hope you'll like it since I really believe this abstract concept would be very unique solution from branding point of view! On entry #83 you have initials in modern form, also incorporating concept of three! Any thoughts/suggestions! Thak you!
Hi Bojan, your very creative. Thank you for the types on the fonts. I'm not into the design world so I really don't know much about that. Therefore we appreciate your feedback. We like entry number 60 but can you create more of a subtle look
Hey! I'm just trying to be constructive,...market is harsh environment, and positioning your brand through recognizable visual identity is very important. On that note, logo with initials only, might look nice/clean/elegant, but there's an ocean of those logos (even with same initials as yours) out there! Some accent, that would make the difference would be advisable. You prefering option on entry #60, tells me you understand this concept better than you might think! :)
Thank you for the feedback,...I'll try to come up with some updates and posibly few new design concepts!
...there's another font option, that might look interesting, and a bit softer approach to logo icon shape. Entries #95 and more detailed option with some effects on #96!
#111 might be interesting,...logo icon can stand alone, and still be recognizable as real estate company logo, with recognizable initials. From branding point of view, probably best solution so far! Let me know what you think so I can focus on developing it further! Thanks!
...ok, I've withdrawn all non-perspective designs at this point, and uploaded three more developed concepts with two variations on each one of them - #112, #113, #114, #115, #116 and #117! Thanks!
Hi, again! Just to let you know that I had to withdraw my entry #96 (currently 6th ranked), because another designer complained it was to close to his design! He might have a piont, or not, but I wanted to avoid wasting time on disputes! There are updated, more original concepts from me!
In case you want your new logo to have Windows 8 metro style appearance, let me know, but I wouldn't advise this, because it'll look too much like app icon, and metro style is slowly fading away, when it comes to trends!
In the mean time, I'll try to develop another new concept!
...here are two more concepts,...#147, with initials, but I'm still not giving up on offering alternative for initials on entry #148 (concept with welcoming open doors).
...if you google "RS logo" through Google picture search, you'll see why I believe initials will not be unique/recognizable branding solution, and you even might have trouble, if you decide to copyright/trademark protect your logo! Hope this was helpful!
