What We Do
We use drones and backpack/handheld sprayers to spray various liquid solutions in both large and small indoor/outdoor locations. We also use drones for agricultural spraying (i.e. cropdusting).
Industry
Color Preferences
Company name and/or logo should have a metallic brown/gold sheen as in www.trgroupllc.com logo or metallic blue sheen as in www.shadowair.com logo or metallic green or metallic yellow or any color or combination of colors just so that it has that metallic sheen look to it.
If you want to go with the drone or "drone as a bee" look, you can use black and gold colors to make it resemble the colors of a honey bee. Colors that have a shimmer/sheen/metallic look to them are preferred but not required if they conflict with the overall look or theme you are trying to express.
I would definitely prefer a white background if at all possible.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
Clean and uncluttered design. I really like the "fhive" design where the 5 and the backwards 5 join to form the body of the bee in the hive. It may not be feasible to do something tricky like that for this design. (Please Note: Day 2 of the contest and I am heavily leaning in the direction of a drone or a "drone as a bee" theme for the 2nd Phase selections).
I forgot to initially mention that a DRONE is a male honey bee so that theme could influence my picks to get to the second round and possibly the winner since we use drones for spraying.
I also like the stylized lettering as depicted in the 2nd example of the Style Inspiration. (Please Note: Day 2 of the contest and although I like the aforementioned stylized lettering, the drone or drone as a bee theme will take precedence in my selections for Phase 2).
