Manufacturing Leadership
What We Do
Training/learning professional specializing in conflict competence, team effectiveness and leadership skills in in times of change mostly in corporate settings.

Consulting
Color Preferences
Blue/teal/turqoise perhaps with purple. Do not want harsh colors together like bright yellow and black. Needs to be professional yet appeal to manufacturing audiences without being too feminine or too harsh.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Perhaps a gear or robot and a tie in to people that make it all happen in manufacturing. If done well, it would also fit other industries. Most of my work comes from global companies.

Intersted concept to combine the Q with the gear for manufacturing like example/entry #5

Also like the shading as seen in #4 and should add color TEAL even more so than regular blue in color.

Please consider two things: Manufacturing Leadership words need to show up either darker color than some of these or a little larger. Also, ties are not usually worn in manufacturing settings even in the carpeted offices. They tend to be more casual and not usually carrying briefcases. Thanks for all the hard work. This is getting exciting and is generally hitting the mark.

The words Manufacturing Leadership are not showing up as much as I'd like. I know it has a lot of letters, but making it larger would help underneath my company name.

I would like to see examples of it being larger than the Quintin and Associates, Inc. with my company name underneath as an option. So if you flip flop to have Manufacturing Leadership on top and my company name on the bottom, that might work just as well or better. Thanks for all the effort. Looking good.

More dynamic rather than flat design would also represent me more. I'm a creative type with humor and an interactive classroom facilitator when training in front of the room with groups.

Happy with what is coming in especially if it shows clearly both the Manufacturing Leadership and my company name in dark enough color that are easy to read. Also like having the Q design showing enough that it could stand alone as an "APP" symbol. Thanks for the creativity and for submiting designs. If people are a part of the design, please omit ties and briefcases.

Noticing that when a square or rectangular darker structure is put around something that it just seems to contain the creativity of the image. I'm more about openness than closing off into a box. Creativity is important to me in my workshops as a trainer as is connecting with people. It's difficult to describe the warmer people skills and leadership behaviors required within the blue collar manufacturing environment that seems cold. Where "feelings" are the "F" word in corporate America, it seems contradictory, but really listening to people and their feelings can help make a leader more powerful and more apt to be followed. So how does a design mix the warm with the cold? Any ideas? Would other colors help?

Both #20 and #48 have Manufacturing Leadership standing out more with my company name beneath. I'd like to consider some of the other designs with that flip flop also without losing the original ones submitted. Remember that I do leadership training with others too, not just manufacturers so it's a play on words and hopefully will work for both. Love what I'm seeing here and hope I'm not asking too much, but decisions will need to be made soon!

Looking at what I've ranked and at other logos online, wondering in your professional opinion if adding another color would make it more dynamic. If you care to try it....

Really thinking through the "Manufacturing Leadership" words I requested and now getting feedback from others that since that is not the only industry I work with, it may be too limiting. They like and so do I the person coming out of the gear like #63,65,89 and yet a family member says #14 is the cleanest design and could be used as an APP buttong. Will need to decide soon. Thanks to all for your creativity and adaptability.
