Like this one, but would like to see concept without the blue in the middle of the Q so that the arrow becomes more integrated with the Q

The arrow still sticks out a bit much - is it a different color? Try with same color on arrow.

same exact orange on same logo. Like the styling in the circle that makes the Q. Could arrow be integrated a little more? Maybe with a curve to it?
