Like the oil well, immediately recognizable. Not sure what the blue circle is that sorrounds it. It's a tall graphic, that's my biggest concern

#3, I like it, I'd work on the drill bit so it's more distinctive, and possibly a different color (gold shade of some sort)

#2, I'd get rid of the Circle above the drill bit and make the bit bigger and more distinctive so it looks more like a bit.

#12 I really like, too, for the drill bit, maybe add some black between the screw, it will look more like oil and that it is a part of the Q, which is black. It will make it look more like a Q than an O.

#13 looks awesome, too, great logo for many reasons, but not so easy for letter head printed on a computer.

#13, variation of this with white background, drill bit gold, company name red, rest in black, I know can play with these later
