I prefer entry 7 vs 8 only due to the placement of the domain name. I realy like the logo but would like to suggest the following changes. Maybe give me a "tilted" angle (sort of 3D) on the logo and see if you can discretely sneak in the domain title within the logo. Also let's see this with a capital "S" for Solutions. Intrigueing possibilities! Also, maybe a rendering of this with "hunter" green (darker shade of green) vs. red as the industry is moving towards green buildings and it is the color of money :) Great Start!
entry 8 is only ranked 4th because I am not sure where to place 2 & 3 at this point as I like those designs as well and they are interchangable for the most part. It could be either 2 or 3 it's that close. Also, I failed to mention that Maybe to put QS4 in the logo vs. Q. this may alter the look enough. I don't like the shaded bubble behind the Q as it takes away from the definition of the letter. Again, great job!
Entry 9: In some ways you made headway. I like the gradient background in the logo. However, what I'm looking for is understating the dot com and in place of the Q use QS4. Can you put the qs4p.com on the blackened part of the ring (maybe in a gradient grey color) and turn the logo slightly, either by tilting back or sideways?
Entry 16: Is there anyway to hide/understate the domain within the logo? How about grey scaling it within the background inside the hunter green? Also, It's my doing but I'm going to change the name of the company to QS4 Real Estate. (changing only properties) I think it flows better. Also, You can incorporate a slogan that should look like this: Real People - Real Property - Real Solutions (replace the dashes with dots).
I'm not too concerned about the similarities but thanks for the heads up. I really did come up with it in my head this morning.
entry 22 I like the "swoosh" underneath. Place "For Real Estate underneath and add the slogan. I think that's pretty damn good. Also on the web address try that in grey scale to make it a little more visible. It will be a close call at this point.
