Great start! I'll just make a couple of quick points to help you along.
1. When I say charcoal/grey, I mean a dark grey, not an almost black.
2. I'll need just 2 colours on the logo preferably, the grey and another colour.
3. The logo needs to stand out by itself and not need a background colour.
4. Keep the design simple and modern.
5. Keep the 'wordmark' or whatever you call it on the left of the logo if possible.

I'm leaning towards the green and dark grey of the top ranked designs, however don't be afraid to try out some other colour schemes, that isn't final.

Also, I want the full name (Quantum Accounting Group) in the logo, but not the initials or a shortened version such as Quantum Accounting. I'm not too fussed whether we have the tagline in the logo or not, but the best designs so far don't have it in, so it's not essential.

Thanks for your submissions everyone, I think it's going well. I've ranked the entries as best I can so far. To get a better ranking, follow these guidelines.

1. Look at the top ranked entries for my colour preferences, I've pretty much decided on the green and dark grey.
2. Keep the design simple and modern.
3. Keep the font simple and modern, but feel free to experiment with different font types.
4. Keep the symbol simple, modern and similar height to text.
5. The symbols that are loosely based on a 'Q' seem to be best.

I'm sorry for those designs I've marked as not interested, but I'm trying to rank as many designs as possible and getting a bit crowded, so removing the lowest ranked designs as I go.

Can someone tell me what the deal is with Top 5? How do I rank the top 5 d's or is it auto?

✻ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.

✪ LEAVE PRIVATE FEEDBACK BY CLICKING ON A DESIGN. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
✻ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
✻ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
✻ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
✻ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
☆ Top 5 Phase. Only the top 5 RANKED DESIGNERS will be able to submit entries.
You can then rank Top 5 DESIGNERS in order for them to upload their revised/new logo designs.
✻ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
☆ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions
