~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

Doncorvair - thank you for your submission #1. The proportions for the text are good (size of Quality vs. Building Maintenance), however the overall style of the logo is too old fashioned/vintage. Quality Building Maintenance is always on the cutting edge of technology in terms of our processes, tools, operating philosophies. As far as modifying/tweaking this submission, I don't think it can be done. I'd appreciate if you could try a new idea from scratch. Thanks!

White Splash Studio - I'm liking your submissions #2 & #3. I actually think I might prefer it even better without the words "building maintenance" at all. Then, I'm not sure if I like the roof on top or without it. I'll have to think about it more and wait for a few more submissions. If you'd like to re-submit #2 & #3 without the words "building maintenance" I can see how that looks. Also maybe try one other font? I really like the font you used but of course would consider other options as well :)

FYI, you can make comment for each designer separately not directly inside contest by clicking the design you choose and make comment inside.
