Also, heating and air conditioning specialists is needed below it possibly. Please add to help me determine which designs work best with everything required.

I'm a big fan of legibility when it comes to announcing your business to the world. Meaning...when a potential customer sees your business name in the logo at regular sizes (on a business card, on letterhead, etc.) they don't have to squint to make it out.
Such is the case here. You happen to have a lot of words in your name; I've shortened "air conditioning" to "AC" to have it fit nicely under the rest of your name, without having to shrink it terribly.
And, in an alternate version, for the same reasons (readability), I've used "cooling" in place of "air conditioning." Just an idea; hope you don't mind my creativity here.

I'd be happy to help, and I'm sure I'd be able to submit another concept besides just a house with heat/air through it. But, I need your feedback to tell me what direction to go in.

The reason i started this contest is i dont have any particular concept in mind. Someone who owns a studio suggested this site to me and he has been helping me in the process.
I am open to any creativity you might have.
We really like number 75.
He suggests to put the heating in red and the ac specialists in blue. Also, we do commercial services as well, so if you can make something similar to 75 with a commercial/industrial building instead of the house to use in our commercial division.
I read your previous comment regarding legibility, and i agree. Can you do the same red for heating and blue for cooling, but word it in this fashion so i can see how it looks- "Air Conditioning and Heating" without the specialists.
