The arrows in all directions stands for the flow of business information and process. The white lines has been added to the letters and arrows in the logo to go with the name "pipeline"
Our system and sales materials discuss how it allows information and marketing to flow from the "top-down", through the many levels of the process, eventually to the end consumer, so the arrows in a circle (or box) are a bit confusing at this point to us. Not particularly big on the lines through the letters either, it tends to wash out the colors.
