I think this is a very interesting concept! I did catch the notion of motion suggested by the line of sticky notes. Could we try one where the abstract sticky note arrow is more horizontal (left to right)? Also, maybe a vague/light actual arrow outline behind them to strengthen the suggestion?
Thanks so much for your feedback -- and suggestions. I'm submitting a revised design with the "arrow" in a horizontal position. I played around with various methods of further suggesting the arrow and settled on what I'm showing you here. I really like the way the gray "shadow" reinforces the process of solving a problem or completing a task: Up and down, up and down, that sinking feeling that it's not going to pan out then BOOM, you've done it! Hope you like -- let me know if you'd like to see any additional changes.
Cheers!
(There are two versions, the difference being the shade of gray used for the shadow.)
Thanks, I think the horizontal arrow does look better. The up and down of the shadow is a very intriguing idea too. I think I like the slightly darker shade of gray for the outline.
